Outreach Program

MOBILE OUTREACH PROGRAM

The Mobile Outreach Program is a vital initiative where our NGO reaches out to refugee communities in remote areas, delivering essential assistance and ensuring that refugees have access to the support they need. Our core mission is to provide refugees with critical information and direct them to UNHCR services, including legal support, registration, and protection assistance. In addition to these services, we place a strong emphasis on addressing the needs of vulnerable individuals, particularly children and women at risk. We also focus on tackling issues related to Gender-Based Violence (GBV), managing registration processes, and addressing reports of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA), ensuring that refugees receive the necessary protection and support. Furthermore, the program includes offering psychosocial support to those affected, facilitating further case management services for individuals in need of mental health and emotional assistance. This holistic approach ensures that refugees receive comprehensive care, addressing not only their immediate needs but also their long-term wellbeing and safety.

MOBILE INFO HUB

Mobile Info Hub Program: Empowering Communities Through Outreach

The Mobile Info Hub Program is designed to bring essential information and support directly to communities, ensuring accessibility and engagement through targeted outreach activities. By conducting awareness sessions in community areas, the program addresses key issues identified through close collaboration with focal points and outreach volunteers (OVs). These sessions are tailored based on real-time feedback, allowing the program to provide relevant and impactful information. Additionally, post-session feedback is collected to assess ongoing needs and enhance future support. To ensure a safe and effective outreach process, the program liaises with local police for staff protection and security. It also fosters partnerships with key service providers, such as health district officers, universities, and NGO partners, to offer free services and specialized awareness sessions on important topics. Through this holistic approach, the Mobile Info Hub Program serves as a vital platform for information-sharing, community engagement, and collaborative support.
